Pierre Breton, an ambulance attendant by training, began his career in the healthcare sector. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Breton was then co-owner of Ambulances G.M.R. in Granby, from 1975 to 1983. In 1980, meanwhile, he co-founded Unité de Sauvetage GMR inc., the first non-profit rescue unit in Canada.
He then chose to pursue his passion for real estate by completing his training as a real estate broker. In 1987, he began to work in the field. Seeing that new technological tools (cell phones, faxes, etc.) were coming on the market, he thought that there must ways for brokers to use them for greater mobility and less infrastructure.
His next entrepreneurial venture was L’expert immobilier PM, founded in 1993, making him one of the first to start a new type of real estate agency that, today, has revolutionized the sector.
