The tenant must provide satisfactory employment details, photo identification, proof of income, a bank statement, and a completed credit application, in accordance with the landlord's requirements.

The tenant agrees to the following conditions:

*Any commercial activity within the premises is strictly prohibited.

*The consumption and smoking of tobacco and/or cannabis are strictly prohibited.

*Pets are not permitted.

*The premises may not be sublet on Airbnb or any other platform.

*Upon signing the lease, the tenant must provide one month's rent to cover the first month of the lease term.
