The Tenant agrees to the following conditions: * Provide a satisfactory credit verification to the Landlord. * Provide proof of employment satisfactory to the Landlord. * No subletting or short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar). * No smoking. * No pets. * Provide proof of liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 prior to occupancy. * Pay the first month's rent upon signing the lease. * Provide proof of Hydro-Québec account transfer before move-in. * Any painting or alterations of any kind must receive prior written approval from the Landlord.
